<aside> <img src="/icons/apple_blue.svg" alt="/icons/apple_blue.svg" width="40px" /> THE IDEA BEHIND DINNER SORTED!

I plan what we eat for dinner using a method similar to the Plan. Buy. Cook. Book, written by Jen Petrovic and Gaby Chapman. To really understand how it works, to get the full recipes and get all the storage tips you might need, please buy the book.

The way I make it work for myself is that I cook two big batch recipes per week, I plan to use two cupboard or freezer meals per week, and that leaves me with three easy peasy meals to sort out.

This allows me to spend less time planning and shopping, I waste less food waste and I’m still eating a diet with plenty of variety.

It’s worth having a read of this book before diving into the template. You can buy the book online or borrow it from your local library (that’s how I discovered it, before buying my own copy.)
